How do we pay?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and semi-monthly payments with no interest or carrying charges!
How long do Chambers Orders Typically Last?
Most orders typically last between 10-12 months- but it all depends on your family’s food consumption!
How do we pick the items we want?
We have food orders that list all of our products- one of our food representatives will go through the order form with you and your family, and you will pick and choose only the items you want and use.
Do your contracts automatically renew?
No, our contracts are just for the term of your order which is anywhere from 8-12 months.
How does delivery work?
Chambers does all of its own deliveries and does not use a third-party service. We will schedule a time when we are in your area and book a window/delivery time that works for you and your family.
What if I don’t have enough freezer space, or only have a small freezer?
We can split an order into multiple deliveries for a fee. (Subject to varying rates depending on location)
What if there is certain items I don’t like?
If you’re unsatisfied with a product for any reason, take advantage of our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will help pick a time and date thats convenient for you, where we come out to your home and replace or exchange any products your family isn’t happy with.
How do the appointments work?
We will schedule a time to either call you or do a zoom meeting with you, our appointments typically take between 15 – 45 minutes. We will go over how the service works in detail, explain how to create the order, and get all the items you want picked and chosen within that time.
How long after placing my order will we get delivery?
Our orders typically take between 1 to 2 weeks to be delivered after the food order is created/processed.
Do you have a referral program?
es! We have a very beneficial referral program that benefits both yourself and your friends and family. One of our Food Representative will go over it during the appointment.
